Abstract:
Disclosed are a heat exchanger (10) and a heat exchange device (1). The heat exchanger (10) comprises: a first collecting pipe (110) and a second collecting pipe (120), with an area between the first collecting pipe (110) and the second collecting pipe (120) being divided into a straight area (130) and a pre-bent straight area (140); a plurality of first flat pipes (200), the plurality of first flat pipes (200) being located at the straight area (130); a plurality of second flat pipes (300), the plurality of second flat pipes (300) being located at the pre-bent straight area (140); and fins (400), the fins (400) being arranged between adjacent first flat pipes (200) and located at the straight area (130). In a plane parallel to a face constituted of the central axis of the first collecting pipe (110) and the central axis of the second collecting pipe (120), the projections of adjacent second flat pipes (300) are at least partly overlapped.
