Abstract:
This heat exchanger fixing plate is for fixing the side surface of a heat exchanger having heat radiation fins and heat exchanger tubes to the housing panel of an air conditioner. This heat exchanger fixing plate has: a heat exchanger support portion that faces the side surface of the heat exchanger and has insertion holes into which the hairpin portions of the heat exchanger tubes of the heat exchanger are inserted; and a housing panel fixing portion that is separately mounted to the heat exchanger support portion and is fastened to the housing panel with screws to fix the heat exchanger to the housing panel. The housing panel fixing portion is configured from a material having higher mechanical strength than the heat exchanger support portion, and the heat exchanger support portion is configured from a material having a smaller friction coefficient than the housing panel fixing portion.
