Abstract:
A heat exchanger (12) equipped with a high-temperature fluid passage (51), a low-temperature fluid passage (52), and a dividing wall (57). The high-temperature fluid passage (51) is equipped with an inlet (51a) and an outlet (51b) for exhaust gas from an off-gas combustion unit (15), and the exhaust gas flows in the interior of the high-temperature fluid passage. The low-temperature fluid passage (52) is equipped with an inlet (52a) and an outlet (52b) for a heat recovery medium, and the heat recovery medium flows in the interior of the low-temperature fluid passage. The dividing wall (57) transfers heat from the exhaust gas flowing in the high-temperature fluid passage (51) to the heat recovery medium flowing in the low-temperature fluid passage (52). An electric heater (70) is provided on the low-temperature fluid passage (52) so as to avoid the portion of the low-temperature fluid passage (52) in contact with the outlet (51b) side of the high-temperature fluid passage (51).
