Abstract:
A magnetic temperature adjustment system (1) has a heat exchanger (3). The heat exchanger (3) comprises a housing (23), a first flange (33), a second flange (35), a first header (25), and a second header (27). A plurality of plate members (21) formed from magnetic calorific material are arranged inside the housing (23). Each of the plate members (21) includes a first part (21a) twisted with a first pitch (P1) and a second part (21b) twisted with a second pitch (P2). The first pitch (P1) is smaller than the second pitch (P2). The first part (21a) and the second part (21b) are randomly arranged along the direction in which the plate member (21) extends.
