Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat exchanger and a manufacturing method therefor, the heat exchanger comprising a main body part (11) and a cover body (12), wherein the main body part (11) comprises a heat exchange core body (100), a header part, and a first mounting shell (301) that are brazed into a whole. The heat exchange core body (100) comprises a heat exchange pipe (101), the header part comprises a first header part (201) and a second header part (202), both the first header part (201) and the second header part (202) are provided with mounting end plates (203), the mounting end plates (203) are hermetically connected to a pipe wall (103) of the heat exchange pipe (101) by means of brazing, a pipe inner cavity (102) of the heat exchange pipe (101) is in communication with an inner cavity of the first header part (201) and an inner cavity of the second header part (202), the first mounting shell (301) is fixed to the heat exchange core body (100) in a brazing manner, two ends of the first mounting shell (301) are hermetically connected to the mounting end plates (203) by means of brazing, the first mounting shell (301) surrounds part of the heat exchange core body (100) in the circumferential direction of the heat exchange core body (100), the cover body (12) is hermetically connected to the first mounting shell (301) by means of bonding, two ends of the cover body (12) are hermetically connected to the mounting end plates (203) in a bonding manner, and the cover body (12) and the first mounting shell (301) are arranged in a surrounding manner in the circumferential direction of the heat exchange core body (100). The heat exchanger improves stability and reliability.
