Abstract:
The heat exchanger according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a gas flow path through which a to-be-cooled gas is passed; a plurality of heat transfer pipes that are disposed within the gas flow path; and an upstream side heating part that is for maintaining the temperature of a frost layer formation surface of, among the aforementioned plurality of heat transfer pipes, at least one upstream-side heat transfer pipe located in an upstream side region in the flow direction of the to-be-cooled gas, and/or the temperature of a frost layer formation surface of a heat dissipation member provided to the outer circumference of said upstream-side heat transfer pipe, so as to be lower than 0°C but higher than the temperature of the to-be-cooled gas.
