Abstract:
Provided are: a heat exchanger wherein flat pipes and fins are bonded to each other without melting a coating material, with which the fins are coated; and a method for manufacturing the heat exchanger. A heat exchanger (1) is provided with: flat pipes (3), each of which has a flat cross-sectional shape, and is coated with an anticorrosion layer (11); and fins (21), which are bonded to the flat pipes by having a bonding agent (41) therebetween, said bonding agent being on a first surface of the anticorrosion layer, and which are coated with a coating material (27). The first surface of the anticorrosion layer is roughened, and the bonding agent is adhered to the roughened first surface.
