Abstract:
This heat exchanger (1) comprises: a plurality of flat tubes (31); a plate (32) attached to ends of the flat tubes (31); a medium tank (35) that forms a medium flow path by covering openings (31a) of the flat tubes (31); and a reinforcement member (50) that reinforces the openings (31a). The reinforcement member (50) has at least a pair of legs (51) and a connection part (52) that connects the legs (51). The insertion amount of the leg (51) to the opening (3a) is larger than the sum of a gap between the connection part (52) and the inner surface of the medium tank (35) and the length from the opening (31a) to a position corresponding to a brazing part between the flat tubes (31) and the plate (32), or is larger than the sum of a gap between a protrusion part (53) protruding in a direction opposite to the insertion direction of the legs (51) and the inner surface of the medium tank (35) and the length from the opening (31a) to the position corresponding to the brazing part when the protrusion part (53) is provided to the connection part (52).
