Abstract:
A heat exchanger is configured so that dead spaces of the heat transfer pipes in the width direction are reduced by eliminating the bends of the heat transfer pipes in the width direction. A heat exchanger (10) is configured so that the lid protrusions (8a) of lids (8) provided to the flow passage ends (5) of first heat transfer pipes (1) and the lid protrusions (8a) of lids (8) provided to the flow passage ends (6) of second heat transfer pipes (2) are arranged so as not to overlap on each other in the direction of stacking of the first heat transfer pipes (1) and the second heat transfer pipes (2), and so that first headers (3) and second headers (4) are arranged within the width of the first heat transfer pipes (1) and the width of the second heat transfer pipes (2).
