Title:
HEAT EXCHANGER FOR A REFRIGERATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/144767
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for a refrigeration device. The heat exchanger for a refrigeration device includes: a liquid receiver for storing a liquid refrigerant condensed in a condenser, and for transferring the liquid refrigerant into an expansion valve; and a liquid separator for storing evaporated gas evaporated in an evaporator, and for transferring the evaporated gas into a compressor. A horizontal-type heat exchanger for a refrigeration device which has a dual pipe structure in which said liquid separator is inserted into said liquid receiver, wherein a central axis line of said dual pipe is horizontally defined, the horizontal-type heat exchanger including: a refrigerant inlet port horizontally disposed in an upper space between said liquid separator and said liquid receiver, the refrigerant inlet port being connected to an outlet line of said condenser; a liquid-refrigerant injection pipe having a plurality of injection holes for uniformly spraying the liquid refrigerant transferred from said condenser onto the upper portion of said liquid separator; a liquid-refrigerant suction pipe including a refrigerant outlet port horizontally disposed in a lower space between said liquid separator and said liquid receiver, the refrigerant outlet port being connected to an inlet line of the expansion valve, and a plurality of suction holes for suctioning the liquid refrigerant so as to transfer the liquid refrigerant stored in the lower portion of the inside of said liquid receiver toward said expansion valve; and a spiral heat-sink fin which is wound into a spiral around the outer circumference of said liquid separator such that the liquid refrigerant injected through the plurality of injection holes formed in said liquid-refrigerant injection pipe is guided so as to flow downward along the circumference of said liquid separator after the liquid refrigerant flows down onto the upper portion of said liquid separator. Also, a plurality of partition walls are installed at a predetermined distance such that a zigzag passage is formed within said liquid separator.
