Abstract:
A heat exchanger is equipped with: a plate fin (2) having a header flow path (8) and a plurality of heat transfer flow paths communicating with the header flow path (8); an end plate (3) disposed adjacent to the plate fin (2), the end plate (3) having a header flow path opening (11) serving as the outlet or the inlet of the header flow path (8); and a header flow path tube (5) communicating with the header flow path (8). The header flow path tube (5) has a bead (15) on the outer periphery in the vicinity of one end part (5a) of the header flow path tube (5). A portion of the header flow path tube (5) on the one end part (5a) side of the bead (15) is fitted to a header flow path opening (11) of the end plate (3). The rim (3a) of the header flow path opening (11) and the bead (15) are joined by a brazing material (14), and the outer peripheral surface (5b) of the header flow path tube (5) and the inner peripheral surface (3b) of the header flow path opening (11) are joined by the brazing material (14).
