Abstract:

A radiator having a good assemblability and a good recyclability and having a structure such that integral brazing is possible, an automatic oil cooler is assembled more easily, and the remedy of defective brazing is easy. A tank (4) to which a tube (2) of the radiator is attached is constructed of a first L-shaped tank member (30) and a second L-shaped tank member (40). Before the assembly of the tank (4), inlet/outlet pipes (9, 10) are attached to the first L-shaped tank member (30), and an A/T oil cooler (46) is attached to the second L-shaped tank member (40), so that the A/T oil cooler (46) can be easily installed in the tank (4). At least the tank (4), the tube (2), fins (3) and a side plate (11) are integrally furnace-brazed, and hence the radiator can be easily manufactured.
