Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat exchanger (100), comprising a heat exchange tube (20), a collecting pipe (10) and a corrosion resistant coating (50). The collecting pipe (10) has an opening (11) inserted into an end portion of the heat exchange tube (20). The collecting pipe (10) is connected together with the heat exchange tube (20) via solder in a solder filling area (40) at the outer surface of the collecting pipe (10) surrounding the outer surface of the heat exchange tube (20) by brazing. The outer surface of solder in the solder filling area (40) constitutes a part of the outer surface of the collecting pipe (10). The corrosion resistant coating (50) is arranged at at least a part of at least one of the outer surface of the heat exchange tube (20) and the outer surface of the collecting pipe (10). The coating cost of the heat exchanger (100) is greatly reduced by forming the corrosion resistant coating only at the soldering points of the heat exchange tube (20) in a flat tube form with the collecting pipe (10) and keeping the state of other areas unchanged. The soldering points of the heat exchange tube (20) with the collecting pipe (10) do not participate in heat transfer, and the heat transfer resistance of the heat exchanger (100) is unchanged, so as not to affect the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger (100).
