Abstract:
Provided is a heat exchanger in which a bracket can be easily mounted on a reinforcing member without using any additional parts, and the structure of the bracket to be mounted on the reinforcing member can be simplified. A metal heat exchanger body 1 to which a synthetic resin bracket 50 is to be mounted is provided with a pair of mounting pieces 43a that extend opposing each other with an interval therebetween. A fixing part 53 on the bracket 50 side is disposed between the mounting pieces 43a, and the mounting pieces 43a are bent inward in the opposing direction thereof so as to lock the mounting pieces 43a to the fixing part 53. Due to this configuration, movement of the fixing part 53 in the extension direction of the mounting pieces 43a is restricted by the mounting pieces 43a, and thus the bracket 50 can be easily mounted on the heat exchanger by the caulking of the mounting pieces 43a without using any additional parts such as a bolt or a rivet .
