Abstract:
Heat exchanger tanks (21, 31) have a plate header (100) and tank headers (210, 310). Engaging parts (115, 117) each having a bare surface not provided with a brazing material layer are formed in one of the plate header and the tank headers. Engaged parts (223, 323) each having a bare surface not provided with a brazing material layer are formed on the other one of the tank headers and the plate header. The respective bare surfaces of the engaging parts and the engaged parts engage with each other in the lengthwise direction of a tube, thereby assembling the plate header and the tank headers to each other.
