Abstract:
According to the present invention, a heat exchanger comprises a plurality of fins that are parallel to each other with intervals therebetween, a plurality of heat transfer tubes that pass through the fins, and connection piping that is connected to the mouths of the heat transfer tubes. The heat transfer tubes have a principal tube part into which a refrigerant flows and a piping connection part that is formed to have a greater inner diameter than the mouth of the principal tube part, surrounds an outer surface of an end part of the connection piping, and connects the connection piping and the principal tube part. A gap that is filled with a brazing material is provided between an inner surface of the piping connection part and the outer surface of the connection piping, and a holding part that has a protruding shape and abuts the inner surface of the piping connection part or the outer surface of the connection piping fixes the connection piping in place.
