Abstract:
A heat-exchanging flat tube which achieves target pressure-resisting strength and is thin. A heat-exchanging flat tube (1) is formed by arranging in a row a large number of circular cross-sectioned through-holes (3) through which a refrigerant passes. If t1/R is the value obtained by making dimensionless the thickness (t1) of a partition section (4), which partitions between two adjacent through-holes (3), by the radius (R) of the through-holes (3), t2/R is the value obtained by making dimensionless the outer peripheral thickness (t2) of the flat tube (1), which is measured from the flat surface of the outer periphery of the flat tube (1) to the through-holes (3), by the radius (R) of the through-holes (3), and the pressure within the through-holes (3) is in the range of 10.0 - 90.0 MPa, the relationship of 0.28 < (t2/R)/(t1/R) < 0.42 is satisfied.
