Abstract:
A heat exchanging type ventilation device comprises: a heat exchanger (4) that performs heat exchange between an air supply flow (21) generated by an air supply fan (2) and an air exhaust flow (22) generated by an air exhaust fan (3); a damper (5) that is a switching unit to switch between a first ventilation in which the air supply flow (21) that has exchanged heat with the air exhaust flow (22) is sent indoors and a second ventilation in which the air supply flow (21) that has not exchanged heat with the air exhaust flow (22) is sent indoors; and a control unit (10) that controls ventilation capacity, which is the capacity of the air supply flow (21) and the air exhaust flow (22). In a case where the first ventilation at a first ventilation capacity is switched to the second ventilation at a second ventilation capacity larger than the first ventilation capacity, and during this second ventilation the difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature becomes less than a threshold value, the control unit (10) changes the ventilation capacity from the second ventilation capacity to the first ventilation capacity.
