Abstract:
This heat exchanging type ventilator comprises: a bypass air path that is provided alongside an air path, of at least one of an exhaust air path (32) and a supply air path (31), which passes through an heat exchanger (2), and that bypasses the heat exchanger (2); an air path switching damper that switches between the air path which passes through the heat exchanger (2) and the bypass air path; and a control unit that controls the operation of an exhaust air blower, the operation of a supply air blower, and the operation of the air path switching damper. In a state in which operation of the supply air blower and the exhaust air blower is stopped, the control unit puts the air path switching damper in an opening position at which the bypass air path is opened.
