Title:
HEAT FLUX GAUGE WITH MICRO-SCALE TEMPERATURE SENSORS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/130556
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
An apparatus (100) for measuring temperature parameters of a structure (106) is provided. The apparatus comprises: a carrier (102) including at least one receiving portion (108); and a plurality of temperature sensors (104A,104B) disposed within the at least one receiving portion and secured to the receiving portion via a bonding medium (110), the sensors being distributed along at least one direction of the carrier and configured to measure and record temperature information through microstructural changes corresponding to temperatures experienced by the respective sensors.
