Abstract:
In this heat flux sensor module 1, a first heat flux sensor 20 outputs an electromotive force corresponding to heat flux passing through the front and back and an electromotive force corresponding to load fluctuation as a first sensor output value. A second heat flux sensor 30 outputs an electromotive force corresponding to heat flux passing through the front and back and an electromotive force corresponding to load fluctuation as a second sensor output value. An extraction unit 56 in the heat flux sensor module 1 extracts at least one from among an electromotive force corresponding to the heat flux passing through the front and back and an electromotive force corresponding to load fluctuation on the basis of the first sensor output value and second sensor output value. The heat flux sensors 20, 30 are stacked such that the polarities of the electromotive forces corresponding to the heat flux output by the sensors are opposite and the polarities of the electromotive forces corresponding to load fluctuation output by the sensors are the same.
