Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat insulating article which exhibits excellent light resistance, moisture resistance and heat resistance, while having a long life. Also disclosed are a method for producing the heat insulating article, and a building member using the heat insulating article. The heat insulating article is characterized in that at least one polymer layer which is mainly composed of a photocurable resin is formed on a base, that a heat ray blocking layer having a metal layer which is composed of gold, silver, copper or aluminum as a simple substance or an alloy of those elements is formed on at least one surface of the base, and that a water vapor barrier layer or an ultraviolet reflecting layer is arranged on the base.
