Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat insulating member characterized by being provided with two (2) cholesteric resin layers wherein the cholesteric regularity is adjusted in such a way that a bandwidth that reflects 40 percent or more of incident light in the 800 nm – 1,900 nm wavelength region has 200 nm or longer wavelengths; and a resin layer which has a 1/2 phase difference and is disposed between the aforementioned two (2) cholesteric resin layers. Also disclosed is heat insulating glass provided with the aforementioned heat insulating member.
