Title:
HEAT-INSULATING MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/125910
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a heat-insulating monolithic refractory material which can ensure satisfactory curing strength and serviceable life and which exhibits excellent stability at high temperatures. This heat-insulating monolithic refractory material is obtained by blending a binding agent and fire-resistant raw materials, and has a bulk specific gravity of 0.8-1.8 when a kneaded mixture of the heat-insulating monolithic refractory material and water is cured at normal temperature for 24 hours and then dried at 110°C for 24 hours. The heat-insulating monolithic refractory material is characterized in that the binding agent contains a calcium aluminate cement, which contains CaO and Al2O3 as chemical components, and a strontium aluminate cement, which contains SrO and Al2O3 as chemical components, and in that when the total quantity of the binding agent and the fire-resistant raw materials is 100 mass %, the content of the strontium aluminate cement is 2-10 mass % and the content of CaO derived from the calcium aluminate cement is 1-12 mass %.
