Abstract:
A heat insulation economic decorative board and frame thereof. The board is made of
a faceplate (1), a bottom plate (2) and a heat insulation core (3). On the cross section
of the board side, a profiled frame (6) is connected. The profiled frame is a composite
profiled frame which is made of a lower profiled plastic (61) and an upper profiled
metal (62). The profiled metal and the profiled plastic are engaged with each
other by an interference fit between the protuberances and the concaves (62c).
The interior sidewall of the profiled metal (62a) is adhered to the faceplate
(1) and the upper heat insulation core near the faceplate. The interior sidewall
of the profiled plastic (61a) is adhered to the bottom plate (2) and the lower heat
insulation core near the bottom plate. The bottom of the profiled frame is provided
with a profiled plastic soleplate (61b), folded inward by 90° and adhered
to the bottom plate (2).
