Abstract:
A heat molding method and a heat molding system. The heat molding system (10) comprises a boiler (20) generating steam by boiling water, a heating chamber (22) heating the steam generated from the boiler (20) and controlling it to a set temperature, nozzles (44) jetting superheated steam to a work (11) by the heating chamber (22) before the work (11) is inserted from a conveyor (36) into a mold (46), an air jetting chamber (34) rapidly heating the work (11) by forming the nozzles (44) toward the carrying face of the conveyor, and a plastic working machine (16) imparting plastic deformation to the heated work (11) to form it in a prescribed shape.
