Title:
HEAT PIPE TYPE HEAT TRANSFER DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2008/023707
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat transfer device, which exhibits high heat transfer performance, while being small-sized and light-weighted. Such a heat transfer device is realized by having organic fine particles contained in a working fluid and optimizing the size, mixing ratio, composition and surface characteristics of the organic fine particles. Specifically disclosed is a heat pipe type heat transfer device, wherein a working fluid containing 0.001-5 wt% of organic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-1000 nm is contained in a hermetically sealed container.
