Abstract:
Provided is a heat plate for manufacturing a double-sided corrugated cardboard sheet, the heat plate being reduced in thickness to improve the efficiency of heat transfer to a running paper sheet, thereby improving response to a preset temperature, and to minimize thermal deformation of the heat plate caused by a temperature difference between the upper surface and the lower surface of the heat plate. A double facer is also provided. A double-sided-corrugated-cardboard-sheet manufacturing heat plate is provided to a double facer for manufacturing a double-sided corrugated cardboard sheet by adhering to each other a single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet and a liner which have a belt-like shape, and the heat plate is laid horizontally so that the single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet and the liner which are laid on and adhered to each other run on the upper side of the heat plate. The heat plate is provided with thermally expandable ribs (32) on the lower surface side of a heat plate body (31) so as to extend in the width direction of the heat plate body (31) and to be joined integrally with the heat plate body (31), and the heat plate is also provided with a temperature control means for individually controlling the temperatures of the heat plate body (31) and the ribs (32).
