Abstract:
A heat preservation paperboard compositing machine and compositing method, and a heat preservation paperboard manufacturing system. The heat preservation paperboard compositing machine comprises: a gluing mechanism (1), having a paper pressing roller (11) and a first gluing roller (12), opposite vertically, a paperboard (10) being conveyed and sandwiched between the paper pressing roller (11) and the first gluing roller (12); and a composite section (2), located at a downstream end of the gluing mechanism (1), the composite section (2) having an upper pressing roller (21) and a lower pressing roller (22), opposite vertically, a second gluing roller (23) being provided at a lower end of the lower pressing roller (22), a paperboard (10) being conveyed and sandwiched between the upper pressing roller (21) and the lower pressing roller (22), a heat preservation cotton piece (20) being sandwiched between the lower pressing roller (22) and the second gluing roller (23), and the heat preservation cotton piece (20) being stuck to a lower surface of the paperboard (10) by means of rolling of the lower pressing roller (22). The heat preservation paperboard manufacturing system comprises the heat preservation paperboard compositing machine. The heat preservation paperboard compositing method comprises: providing a paperboard, gluing a lower surface thereof, providing a heat preservation cotton piece, and sticking the heat preservation cotton piece to the lower surface of the paperboard. The heat preservation paperboard compositing machine and compositing method and the manufacturing system can realize compositing of a paperboard and a heat preservation cotton piece, the degree of automation is high, and the machining efficiency is effectively improved.
