Abstract:
A heat pump device (40) collects heat from both outside air and other heat sources, wherein a control device (30) calculates heat exchange amounts, using the heat exchange performance of both an aerothermal-source heat exchanger (5a) and a geothermal-source heat exchanger (5b), in addition to the outside air temperature and underground temperature. The control device (30) selects the heat source having the greater calculated heat exchange amount, when switching between a simultaneous operation in which coolant flows to both the aerothermal-source heat exchanger (5a) and the geothermal-source heat exchanger (5b) and an independent operation in which either the aerothermal-source heat exchanger (5a) or the geothermal-source heat exchanger (5b) is selected and coolant flows thereto. As a result, the appropriate heat source that matches operation conditions can be selected.
