Abstract:
A heat pump device comprising: a compressor (1) for compressing a refrigerant; a heat exchanger (2) for exchanging heat between a heat medium and the refrigerant compressed by the compressor (1); a first drain port (32a) provided in a passage communicating with a heat medium inlet of the heat exchanger (2); a second drain port (32b) provided in a passage communicating with a heat medium outlet of the heat exchanger (2); and a control means (19) for controlling the compressor (1). When the first drain port (32a) and the second drain port (32b) are opened and the heat medium is discharged, the control means (19) is capable of executing a discharge operation, which is an operation in which the compressor (1) is operated so as to cause the compressed refrigerant to flow into the heat exchanger (2).
