Abstract:
A hot pump hot blast stove system for grain drying, comprising a blower and a heat pump unit. The heat pump unit comprises a compressor (1-1; 1-2; 1-3), an evaporator (4-1; 4-2; 4-3), a gas-liquid separator (5-1; 5-2; 5-3), and a condenser (2-1; 2-2; 2-3). The heat pump unit further comprises a three-way valve (6-1; 6-2; 6-3). The heat pump hot blast stove system further comprises a heat collector (12). The inlet of the compressor (1-1; 1-2; 1-3) is connected to the gas-liquid separator (5-1; 5-2; 5-3), and the outlet of the compressor (1-1; 1-2; 1-3) is connected to the inlet of the three-way valve (6-1; 6-2; 6-3). The first outlet of the three-way valve (6-1; 6-2; 6-3) is connected to the condenser (2-1; 2-2; 2-3), and the second outlet of the three-way valve (6-1; 6-2; 6-3) is connected to the heat collector (12). The outlet of the condenser (2-1; 2-2; 2-3) is connected to the evaporator (4-1; 4-2; 4-3) by means of a first solenoid valve (7-1; 7-2; 7-3), and is connected to the inlet of the heat collector (12) by means of a second solenoid valve (8-1; 8-2; 8-3). The outlet of the heat collector (12) is connected to the evaporator (4-1; 4-2; 4-3). The heat pump hot blast stove provides an air supply temperature kept in a stable state during defrosting to achieve a good drying effect, and solves the problem of a poor drying effect of existing heat pump hot blast stoves caused by a non-uniform grain drying temperature due to a low air supply temperature during defrosting.
