Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat pump solution concentration cogeneration system, comprising a dilute solution storage tank (5), a rectifier (6), an evaporator (7), a gas-liquid separator (8), a splitter (9), a concentrated solution storage tank (10), a solution pump (11), a turbine (12), a condenser (13), a water pump (14), a fresh water storage tank (15), a compressor (16), a throttle valve (17) and other components, wherein the dilute solution storage tank (5) is connected to a first inlet of the rectifier (6), an outlet of the rectifier (6) is connected to a cold-side inlet of the evaporator (7), a cold-side outlet of the evaporator (7) is connected to the gas-liquid separator (8), a liquid outlet of the gas-liquid separator (8) is connected to an inlet of the splitter (9), a first outlet of the splitter (9) is connected to the concentrated solution storage tank (10), a second outlet of the splitter (9) is connected to a second inlet of the rectifier (6) via the solution pump (11), a gas outlet of the gas-liquid separator (8) is connected to a hot-side inlet of the condenser (13) via the turbine (12), a hot-side outlet of the condenser is connected to the fresh water storage tank (15) via the water pump (14), a hot-side outlet of the evaporator (7) is connected to a cold-side inlet of the condenser (13) via the throttle valve (17), and a cold-side outlet of the condenser (13) is connected to a hot-side inlet of the evaporator (7) via the compressor (16). According to the system, heat for solution evaporation and concentration is provided by a heat pump system, high-temperature steam internal energy is recovered by the added turbine, and heat from exhaust steam after expansion working is released into the condenser, and the exhaust steam is condensed in the condenser, thereby concentrating a solution with low energy consumption.
