A heat pump type air conditioning and hot water supplying device comprises: a first refrigerant channel in which a compressor, a first solenoid valve, a channel switching device, an outdoor heat exchanger, a pressure reducing device, and an indoor heat exchanger for air conditioning are connected; a second refrigerant channel that branches off between the compressor and the first solenoid valve and in which a second solenoid valve, a heat exchanger for hot water supply, and a pressure reducing device are connected; a pressure sensor that detects the discharge pressure of the compressor; and a controlling device that regulates the operation frequency of the compressor and that regulates degree that the pressure reducing device valve is open. The controlling device switches between operation in an air conditioning priority mode in which the condensation temperature is calculated from the discharge pressure and control is performed so to change the preset compressor operation frequency when the condensation temperature is equal to or greater than a set condensation temperature, and operation in an energy conservation priority mode in which control is performed so as to change the degree that the pressure reducing device valve is open.
