Abstract:
This heat pump utilization equipment comprises a refrigerant circuit, a heat medium circuit, and a heat exchanger which performs heat exchange between a refrigerant and a heat medium. The main circuit of the heat medium circuit has a branch section and a merging section. A pressure protection device and a refrigerant leakage detection device are connected to the main circuit. The pressure protection device is connected to a connection section which is located between the heat exchanger and one of the branch section and the merging section in the main circuit. A first shut-off device capable of shutting off the flow from the heat exchanger to the connection section is provided between the heat exchanger and the connection section in the main circuit. A second shut-off device capable of shutting off the flow from the heat exchanger to the other of the branch section and the merging section is provided between the heat exchanger and said section in the main circuit.
