Abstract:
[Problem] To efficiently heat water using the heat of a steam drain, and to control the temperature of the water obtained. [Solution] A heat recovery apparatus (100) for recovering a steam drain comprising steam used in another apparatus and/or comprising a drain resulting from the condensation of steam used in the other apparatus, and thereby recovering the heat contained in the steam drain, the heat recovery apparatus being provided with: a pump (3) for circulating water stored within a tank (6), via circulation pipes (P31 to P34); an ejector (2) for suctioning the steam drain, admixing same with the circulated water and recovering the steam drain, the ejector being provided between the circulation pipes (P31 to P34); and a ballcock (4) and temperature control unit (5) for controlling the temperature of the water inside the tank (6) by replenishing the inside of the tank (6) with tap water after some of the water inside the tank (6) has been discharged when the water inside the tank (6) has reached a pre-set first temperature (T1).
