Title:
HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM IN EVAPORATION DEVICE USING VAPOR COMPRESSION ROOTS BLOWER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/107857
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM IN EVAPORATION DEVICE USING VAPOR COMPRESSION ROOTS BLOWER [Problem] In heat recovery of an evaporation device, it is typical for vapor to be directly compressed by a compressor and used as a heat source; however, this system is subject to the trouble of solid content being scattered in the compressor by entrainment, the solid content clogging the rotor of the compressor, and the compressor ceasing to function. [Solution] This system is characterized in that the heat of steam produced from an evaporator is indirectly recovered by coolant water, thereby eliminating the clogging of the compressor caused by solid content brought about by entrainment. The compressor, which compresses flushed steam, is provided with an internal cooling port into which water is poured, whereby the compressor can be operated with a compression ratio of 2 or more.
