Abstract:

The present invention relates to a heat releasing composition comprising a nanomaterial having shape anisotropy and of which the specific loss power (SLP) is at least 1,000 W/g. The nanomaterial of the present invention shows innovatively improved specific loss power (93 times higher than commercialized Feridex) compared with known conventional nanomaterials. The present invention provides a composition for hyperthermia including a heat releasing composition. The composition of the present invention can be broadly applied and, for example, is useful for killing cancer cells.
