Abstract:
A heat-resistant crosslinked fluororubber molded product production method is provided in which a step (1) for melting and mixing 0.003-0.5 parts by mass of an organic peroxide, 0.5-400 parts by mass of an inorganic filler, 2-15 parts by mass of a specific silane coupling agent, and a silanol condensation catalyst per 100 parts by mass of a base rubber that contains 40-98 mass% of a fluororubber and 2-40 mass% of an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin involves a step (a) for melting and mixing part of the base rubber, the organic peroxide, the inorganic filler, and the silane coupling agent at a temperature greater than or equal to the decomposition temperature of the organic peroxide, and a step (b) for melting and mixing the rest of the base rubber and the silanol condensation catalyst, wherein the fluororubber and the ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin are melted and mixed in both step (a) and step (b). A heat-resistant crosslinked fluororubber molded product and a heat-resistant product are also provided.
