Abstract:
The present invention discloses a heat-resistant and easily tearable flat fabric wire, which comprises a phase-wire conductor, a ground-wire conductor, and a PVC insulation layer. The phase-wire conductor and the ground-wire conductor are laid in parallel. The phase-wire conductor and the ground-wire conductor are respectively covered with the extruded insulation layer. The insulation layer is covered with an extruded outer sheath. The material of the insulation layer is polyvinyl chloride having a heat resistance of 90°C. The material of the outer sheath is polyvinyl chloride having a heat resistance of 90°C. The present invention can replace conventional fabric wires, features a unique easily tearable sheath material, facilitates laying and installing the wire product, and tolerates higher operating temperatures.
