Title:
HEAT-RESISTANT ELEMENT FOR CURRENT DETECTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/116679
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This heat-resistant element for current detection is provided with a heat-resistant substrate (10) including a ceramic material, one or more power lines (20) embedded in the heat-resistant substrate (10), and a coil structure (30) for detecting the current flowing through the one or more power lines (20). The coil structure (30) is constructed from a coil wire (31) extending between a starting point (P1) and an ending point (P2). Between the starting point (P1) and ending point (P2) of the coil wire (31), coil parts (40) that each include one winding of the coil wire (31) or correspond to one winding of the coil wire (31) are arranged in the circumferential direction surrounding the one or more power lines (20). First conductors (51), second conductors (52), first connection lines (61), and second connection lines (62) of the coil parts (40) are embedded in the heat-resistant substrate (10). The first conductors (51) and second conductors (52) are not exposed to the outside of the heat-resistant substrate (10).
