Abstract:
Disclosed are ethylene bis-12-hydroxystearamide grafted glycidyl citrate (EBH-g-ECA) and a preparation method therefor. The EBH-g-ECA can be used as a multifunctional adjuvant in a polymer material, and in particular has both chain extension and crystallization nucleation functions in the polyester polymer materials. Also disclosed is a heat resistant polylactic acid continuous extrusion foaming material containing the EBH-g-ECA. Utilizing such a heat resistant polylactic acid foaming material can achieve a continuous foaming techinique, and the prepared foaming product has high heat resistance, uniform appearance, and relatively low density, and is entirely biodegradable. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the heat resistant polylactic acid foaming material. The preparation method is easy for industrialization production and is of great significance for achieving large-scale replacement of petroleum-based plastic disposable foaming products such as PP and PS.
