Title:
HEAT-RESISTANT SINTERED ALLOY MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/050211
Kind Code:
A9
Abstract:
Provided is a heat-resistant sintered alloy material suitable for turbocharger components and the like. The heat-resistant sintered alloy material has a composition containing, in mass%, 1.0-3.5% of C, 2.0-3.5% of Si, 0.3-1.0% of P, 15-32% of Cr, 14-25% of Ni, 1.5-4.9% of Mo, 0.5-4.0% of Nb, and 0.5-6.1% of W, and optionally containing 1.0-3.5% of carbon, with the remainder comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, has a microstructure in which the matrix phase is an austenite phase, carbides are precipitated, and solid lubricant particles are additionally dispersed, and has a hardness of 55-75 in HRA and a density of at least 7.2g/cm3. This heat-resistant sintered alloy material has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance, and is suitable for turbocharger components such as nozzle bodies and bushings.
