Abstract:
[Problem] When placing a wet towel in contact with one's body, there is the inconvenience of having to lie down on one's side or support the towel by a hand, etc. to keep the wet towel from falling off. Additionally, when using the wet towel as a hot towel or a cold towel, the initial temperature of the wet towel quickly approaches the body temperature. The water in the wet towel may also wet one's clothes. [Solution] Provided is a heat-retaining wet towel holder which places a wet towel in close contact with the human body and holds the wet towel by enveloping the towel in a curved holding section. This enables the wet towel to retain heat and to keep its original temperature for a long time without letting moisture out. The wet towel, which is the hot steam generating material, is typically a steamed towel, and the holder is structured such that the towel can be removably fitted. The towel can also be a cooled towel.
