Abstract:

A heat roller structure utilized in a sheet laminating machine comprises: a machine frame (1), an upper support frame (2) and a lower support frame (3). The upper support frame (2) is disposed at the machine frame (1) via an upper space adjustment advice (4). The lower support frame (3) is disposed at the machine frame (1) via a lower space adjustment advice (5). The upper space adjustment advice (4) and the lower space adjustment advice (5) have a same structure. A structure of the upper space adjustment advice (4) comprises: a dual-shaft output gearmotor (41) fixedly disposed at an upper side of the machine frame (1), gearboxes (42) respectively disposed at the machine frame (1) at two sides of a lower portion of the dual-shaft output gearmotor (41). Electrical motor shafts (43) at two ends of the dual-shaft output gearmotor (41) are respectively connected to input ends of the gearboxes (42) via universal joints (44). Output ends of the gearboxes (42) are connected to the upper support frame (2) via adjustment screws (45). A conveyor belt (7) is disposed on the upper support frame (2) via wheels (6). A plurality of upper press rollers are uniformly disposed at the upper support frame (2) at a lower inner side of the conveyor belt (7).
