Abstract:
A heat seal device 1 is provided with heat seal units 2, 3. The heat seal units 2, 3 are each provided with: a rotary main shaft 23; a seal block 35 capable of fusing a part of a work piece to be joined; a block retention shaft 31 (seal block retention member) for retaining the seal block 35, the block retention shaft 31 being provided so as to be able to rotate about the rotary main shaft 23; a cam follower 32 or the like (rotary motion mechanism) for causing the block retention shaft 31 to rotationally move about the rotary main shaft 23 in a state in which the seal block 35 is separated from the work piece; and a cam follower 34 or the like (linear motion mechanism) for causing the block retention shaft 31 to move linearly along a work piece conveyance course. Through this configuration, a heat seal device is provided whereby the effect of heating in a seal portion of the work piece is avoided, and the feel of a raw material can be preserved.
