Abstract:
A thin-plate-shaped heater (13) that heats a seal top (12) by generating heat by means of electrification with electrical current is interposed between a seal head (11) and the seal top (12), which has a pressing surface (12a) that presses a subject at the top surface and that is supported at the seal head (11). Offsetting of the heater (13) is suppressed in the state of the heater (13) contacting a first protecting layer (16) coated to the surface of the seal stop (12) and a second protecting layer (17) coated to the surface of the deep section (19) of the seal head (11) housing the heater (13).
