Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat-shielding and heat-insulating paint composition and a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to an aqueous heat-shielding and heat-insulating paint composition containing non-porous ceramic particles, hollow ceramic particles, a white pigment, a photocatalyst, a silicone acrylic copolymer emulsion, an acrylic modified fluorine emulsion, a fluorine-based surfactant, and a fluorine-based stain-resistant additive, whereby the composition can reduce indoor temperature by two fold or more in summer, compared to conventional heat-shielding and heat-insulating paints, and has self-cleaning performance.
