Abstract:
A heat sink and a plant lamp comprising the heat sink. The heat sink comprises a heat dissipation base plate (1) for fixing a heat source and a heat dissipation side plate (2) connected to the heat dissipation base plate (1). The heat dissipation side plate (2) is provided with multiple heat exchange through slots (21) running through the heat dissipation side plate (2). The heat exchange through slots (21) form a thermal potential energy difference, and due to the thermal potential energy difference, cold air outside the heat sink passes through and exchanges heat with the heat exchange through slots (21) on the heat dissipation side plate (2), and then flows out through a hot air cavity (3) and an air outlet (5) at an upper end of the hot air cavity (3), forming a strong natural air convection flow, whereby a heat exchange coefficient h of the heat exchange through slots (21) is four to six times of that of a heat sink without heat exchange through slots (21). In addition, the heat exchange through slots (21) increase the effective heat dissipation area of the heat sink, thereby significantly improving heat dissipation performance of the heat sink.
