Abstract:
A heat sink system includes: a substrate part; and a sealing unit. The substrate part has connection units fixed at an end thereof, a circuit unit, and internal units mounted therein. The sealing unit exposes the connection units to the outside, has an accommodation space formed therein for accommodating the internal units, and is coupled with the substrate part so as to seal the accommodation space, wherein the inside of the accommodation space is filled with a cooling gas.
